On the basis of the Programme outcome of the 3 years LL.B Degree Programme, specified by the Affiliating University, the College has set out the Programme outcomes for 3 years LLB Graduate Degree Programme.
PO 1: Legal Knowledge : To acquire knowledge of both substantial and procedural laws along with other sources as to apply them to the various problems.
PO 2: Critical Thinking: To analyse the laws and the legal system.
PO 3: Effective Communication: To enable effective communication in the profession as well as communications of public and social nature.
PO 4: Professional Ethics: To inculcate Legal Professional Ethics.
PO 5: Employability: To be able to pursue higher education in Law, profession as an Advocate, Judicial Officers or any other posts through competitive examinations.

1. | CONSTITUTIONAL LAW-I | The students will get acquainted with the Basic Postulates of the Constitution and be able to articulate their independent views over contemporary crucial constitutional issues. |
2. | CONTRACT – I | The students will understand the basic principles governing contracts and a powerful foundation for their study of other transactional and related laws is laid down. |
3. | LAW OF TORTS | To study and understand the principles of Tortious liability, the defences available in an action for torts, the capacity of parties to sue and be sued and matters connection there with such as the liability under Consumer Protection Act and the Motor Vehicles Act. |
4. | FAMILY LAW –I HINDU LAW | The knowledge of family laws is important for lawyers. This course is designed to endow the students with knowledge of both the codified and uncodified portions of Hindu law. |
5. | CRIMINAL LAW-I : INDIA PENAL CODE | This course is designed to understand the meaning of crime, methods of controlling them and the essential principles of criminal liability by a study of a range of offences under the Indian Penal Code. |
6. | ENGLISH | The course strengthens the basic knowledge of the English language, the importance of the vocabulary and its usage besides understanding of the different ideas paving the way for logical thinking. |

3. | LABOUR LAW -I | The students will be acquainted with the Industrial relations framework and Social Security Framework prevailing in our country there knowing the importance of the maintenance of Industrial peace and efforts to reduce the incidence of Strikes and Lockout and Industrial Strike |
4. | PROPERTY LAW | The students study and understand the concept of ‘Property’ the ‘nature of property rights’ and the general principles governing the transfer of property and a detailed study of the substantive law relating to particular transfers, |
5. | MOHAMMEDEN LAW AND INDIAN SUCCESSION ACT | This course is designed to endow the students with knowledge of both the codified and uncodified portions of Mohammedan Law. The course concerns itself with the sources, schools, institutions, succession, maintenance, menace of dowry, etc. In addition the students have to familiarize themselves with the provisions of the Indian Succession Act. |
6. | KANOONU KANNADA / KANNADA KALI | The course will help the students to understand the better ways of using the regional language in their legal education and profession. |

5. | ADMINISTRATIVE LAW | The students will be acquainted with the nature, scope and functions of Administrative Law, the nature and control of delegated legislative power, regulation of discretionary powers and general principles of Administrative adjudication and thus help them understand their role in protecting the rights of individuals against abuse of administration. |
